[committed] Fix disassembly of PA floating-point compare and test

John David Anglin-4
This minor table revision eliminates a spurious comma output in the
disassembly of fcmp and ftest.

Tested on hppa-unknown-linux-gnu.  Committed to trunk.

        * hppa.h (pa_opcodes): Add two fcmp opcodes.  Reorder ftest opcodes.
        Add FLAG_STRICT to pa10 ftest opcode.
