[commit] regenerate cgen files

[plus regenerated all the sid files]

        * cgen-engine.h (EXTRACT_MSB0_SINT): Renamed from EXTRACT_MSB0_INT.
        (EXTRACT_LSB0_SINT): Renamed from EXTRACT_LSB0_INT.
        (EXTRACT_MSB0_LGSINT, EXTRACT_MSB0_LGUINT): Define.
        (EXTRACT_LSB0_LGSINT, EXTRACT_LSB0_LGUINT): Define.
